We train our customers

The portfolio of our customers is broad and we can newly boast about the implementation of data recording at another fourteen airports, with our recording system. The implementation of our recording units was successful. We are aware of how important it is for the customers to know the product that they use and to manage them properly. That is why we offer them professional training.

After completing the production of the ReDat3 Recording Units in redundant realization for 14 airports, we organized a five-days training course for 10 senior engineers from these airports. The training was focused on the operation and management of the ReDat3 Recording Unit and the possible replacement of the basic components of the system. The complete training took place at the RETIA training centre, and so we were able to show our customers the whole company.

It was not all work and no play, we guided our customers to the beauties on offer in the town of Pardubice, and let them get to know a little bit of the Czech culture.

Shortly after the end of the five-day training, the FAT tests were carried out and, after their successful completion; we sent the entire system, including spare parts, to the customer.

We do believe that our system will thrive at the airports and that these newly established friendly relationships will allow us to continue to develop our product brand in the ATC/ATM environment in the world.
