ReDat TopicDetection is a software voice analysis module designed exclusively as an ReDat eXperience extension. The ReDat TopicDetection module is designed to analyse context and content in incoming and outgoing calls. Such analysis offers practically unlimited potential uses; one of the most common outputs is call topic detection to describe the essence of a call (i.e. offering a specific product to a customer).

ReDat VoiceProcessor

ReDat VoiceProcessor is a software voice analysis module designed exclusively as a ReDat eXperience extension. The application is primarily used to automatically process recordings based on established definitions and to mine as much information from recordings as possible, including emotional voice analysis, keyword analysis, detection of monologues, etc.
