The ReDat service department is prepared to resolve situations and incidents on-site and remotely using our special monitoring and supervisory centre. Comprehensive services or a specific service may be selected from the pre-defined list of services.

Maintenance program

Maintenance program

Entitlement to new versions (patches and releases) of software for ReDat recording system products is provided on an annual basis. An integral part of this program are the technical information and consultations provided for operators and operation of the ReDat recording system during business hours from 7 AM to 3 PM (by phone or via email).

Maintenance service

This service includes monitoring and remote support. We guarantee to start the process of restoring your system within four hours between 7 AM and 8 PM daily, including weekends and holidays. Services include upgrades for the ReDat3 Recording Unit and ReDat eXperience upgrades at least once a year using a VPN connection.
