RETIA at the conference Economia

Last week you could see us at the conference Quality of Call Centre Calls which was held in the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague on 17 March 2011.

The conference was organized by Economia that is also a publisher of economic and professional journals in the Czech Republic. RETIA is glad to be one of the two conference partners.

ReDat product manager, Mr Petr Novak spoke on the topic of Call centre quality management.
