Dear customers, we'd like to show off the latest success. We are glad to announce a thousand-one hundred and eleventh ReDat3 Recording Unit installation! The owner of ReDat3 with a lucky number 1111 has become a dispatch centre of fire brigade in Skoda Auto Mlada Boleslav.  Implemented by ReDat integrator TELMO, s.r.o. ReDat system is connected to Skoda information system ECCS.

ReDat3 Recording Unit is the third generation of previous models ReDat1 and ReDat2, which RETIA began to produce in 1994. Nowadays there are more than 2,000 ReDat units (1+2+3 generation) in operation in Europe and abroad. There have been already 2,500 ReDat installations along with ReDat VoIP Recorder, ReDat Phone Recorder (recording SW) and ReDat upgrades.

 

ReDat3 Recording Unit

ReDat3 Recording Unit stands for a reliable and time-proved recording solution for recording conventional telephony, VoIP and multimedia channels. Recording of several types of signals is bound to a hardware module, i.e. PCI card and software module. ReDat3 architecture enables implementing several types of modules in one device. Therefore, it is possible to integrate number of variant signals. This unique character predestined ReDat3 a role of the most efficient and well-equipped solution on the market. The reliable technology with real-time operating system is well tested and proven even in critical applications. ReDat3 Recording Unit shall operate independently or as part of ReDat Application Server comprehensive solutions. This concept accelerates integration of recording functions into the customers´ applications, offers new functional possibilities and enables development of new functions, based on customers´ requirements.
