ReDat system certified by Alcatel-Lucent

Prague/Czech Republic, 28 August, 2008 - RETIA, a.s., a leading provider of call recording and contact centre quality monitoring solutions for contact centres, financial institutions, and public safety and government organizations, today announced its call recording solution, ReDat Recording System, which has been certified for use with Alcatel-Lucent system platform and approved for interoperability with the OmniPCX technologies.

ReDat applications, especially designed for recording calls and observation of the customer service quality provide complex tools for quality management and agents supervising. Even more, it ensures reliable recording for compliance and verification of customer interactions.
