ReDat certified for Alcatel-Lucent IP-Link DR

RETIA, a.s. a leading provider of call recording and contact centre quality monitoring solutions for call centres, financial institutions, public safety and government organizations, today announced its call recording solution ReDat is now certified for use with Alcatel-Lucent system and approved for interoperability with the IP DR-Link.

RETIA experts have visited Alcatel-Lucent Laboratories in Brest in order to certify ReDat for IP DR-Link and to re-prove the certification with Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX technologies of E1 recording which was certified in 2008. We would like to note that Alcatel-Lucent has provided an excellent technical support, so the preparation for the IP DR-Link testing which we were coaching in RETIA laboratory, was very pleasant and easy-going work for our experienced developers.

The most difficult part of the certification was surprisingly the travelling in the city of Brest because all centre main roads are under reconstruction. They are going to build a new tram transport and the city centre has been full of transport diversions and mobile roundabouts. But back to the certification, ReDat tests were excellent and we managed to get new knowledge for future development of our recording system.

This certification assures that all ReDat functions are fully approved with Alcatel-Lucent system. The customer has the confidence of complete compatibility and trouble-free connection of both systems.
