RETIA´s advantage when solving user's exceptional requests is its own development of HW and SW in ReDat3 Recording Unit. Using our own interface cards and adjusting firmware enabled us to offer a recording solution, which is unique in its extent and technical level.

Solution principles

Base stations units (BTS) are connected with PBX via Up0 digital lines. All these lines are also connected to ReDat3 Recording Units. Record triggering is bound to phone number, thus signalling is evaluated on all lines. A specific problem is handover switching of moving portable station between BTS. RETIA´s solution provides recording of the whole call into one relation.
