RETIA presents a new product ReDat VoiceProcessor, a unique tool for voice processing. It is able to gain important information from records, e.g. information about speaker’s emotions and other parameters of their interactions (interruption of caller’s speech, the speed of response or agent´s hesitation because of the unexpected subjects).
The software enables a profound analysis of calls and thus recognizes the one “problematic” call among thousands of calls in your call centre. More over, the records will be analysed according to criteria, which you entered.
