New product ReDat ScreenMaster

The new ReDat ScreenMaster compiles all application events displayed on the computer desktops. The received data is then utilized in conjunction with the recording system ReDat.
The product is mainly deployed in contact centres for analysis agents´ work with information systems. It helps to monitor the quality of services while agents' working with other alternative communication channels such as e-mail and chat.
ReDat ScreenMaster allows you to synchronize and manage phone and screen recording. It marks places in record labels according to the applications´ activity. It provides statistics due to the application activity and enables integration of CRM and ReDat on the desktop level.
