Genesys G-Force 2011

RETIA, a.s., a Genesys application partner, will participate in Genesys G-Force 2011, which will be held on June 7-9, 2011 in Hilton hotel Prague.  

Within the conference there will be presented ReDat trends for the contact centres, new ReDat products and applications for Genesys technology.
