ReDat for Manila Airport

We would like to inform you about a new ReDat remote installation for Manila Airport dispatch centre in the Philippines.

Our engineers in cooperation with specialists of CS-SOFT company and RADAS, Ltd. supplied a large project for a civil airport in Manila. The customer "Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines" decided to modernize and expand its dispatch centre located in the international airport in Manila, which annually handles over 30 million passengers.

ReDat applications provide a wide range of operational tools and services. ReDat ensures that all important information which is hidden in telephone calls is reliably stored, secured and ready for further processing. Our customer required to connect 16 dispatch centres equipped with SOLACOM switch board. The complex ReDat recording system was installed with a second ReDat3 backup unit to ensure maximum reliability of the recording system.

Reliability is the key factor and one of the main reasons why customers choose ReDat recording system. ReDat records communication at many airport dispatch centres, e.g. in Prague, even in Bangladesh, at the energetic dispatch centre in Zambia, in AVG call centre in Kuala Lumpur and in many others. All remote installation demonstrates ReDat reliability even in an extreme, dusty and humid environment, without the need to provide permanent service by ReDat technicians from RETIA at the place of installation.
