ReDat Breakfast Time Bratislava 2009

The second year of a popular ReDat Breakfast Time meeting, focused on ReDat recording systems vision, quality management and business interactions, took place in Bratislava on October 13, 2009 in Holiday Inn Hotel.  

We would like to thank all guests for their participation. We hope that it was an interesting and enriching experience for all of them and we look forward to meeting them next year.

What could you see there?  

The program included the latest ReDat news, especially advanced tools for contact and dispatch centres. The curious visitors had a chance even to work and practise ReDat VoiceProcessor on a live testing. This unique application for voice analysis, which was produced by RETIA developers, automatically processes all records and is able to find stress extracts and other emotional displays. The live testing of ReDat VoiceProcessor has showed to the customers, how the complex system works and that it is capable to detect selected keywords by means of unique word spotting functions. The real testing of "live" telephone dialogues at the Slovak conference, has been specially modified and developed for the Slovak language.  

The new player has a new graphic display. The user friendly environment enables easy and quick selecting records, word spotting and colour display of emotions. A unique feature of the application is recognition of parts where the customer or an agent is interrupting their talk. All presented functions of ReDat VoiceProcessor are fully tested and released in ReDat Application Server version 3.09.

Real operation of ReDat VoiceProcessor, which has been among customers since January, scores a great success and attains a level of reliable and high-tech device. Moreover, as the only one in the Czech market, ReDat VoiceProcessor is available for various language versions, e.g. Czech, Slovak, English, German, French, Russian, Polish, Hungarian, Spanish and Serbo-Croatian.
