New version of ReDat Application Server 3.09

Dear business partners and customers,

we would like to inform you about the new release of ReDat Application Server v3.09, a special application for contact centres and dispatch centres. In the newest software version, there are hundreds of modifications, improvements and new functionalities, which lead to a global acceleration and increasing comfort of user interface.

The released version 3.09 enables to implement an improved automated speech analysis tool ReDat VoiceProcessor. ReDat VoiceProcessor module is designed for emotions processing of 100% call records, resulting in graphical statistical outputs in real time. Other useful automatic functions are word spotting, detection of a call flow or detection of monologues. A new player, which is also a new part of the latest version, offers many advanced features: e.g. voice activity detection, a custom functions for labelling important parts/points in the speech, etc.

A new graphic display has been implemented also into the module ReDat Catalog, which serves for a quick and intuitive sorting and searching in the database of records. Additionally, to ensure a maximum of data security, we enlarged the options of user access rights.  

We are proud of the fact that ReDat Recording system is a rare and valued device on the market, because independence from recorded technology. To satisfy our customers, we have enlarged a group supported CTI servers and information systems. Now we are ready to integrate Active Cisco  recording and Cisco IPCC.
