Dear business partners and customers, we would like to announce that RETIA, a.s. has successfully implemented a technology for active recording of IP phones produced by Cisco Systems, Inc. into ReDat products.               

Cisco Active Recording

Cisco Active Recording is configurable as an optional feature of a particular extension, which is defined on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager. ReDat modular systems take care of IP telephony active recording and enable simultaneous recording of individual as well as hundreds of calls. The customers can choose, according to their specific needs, whether to implement a robust recording device ReDat3, which is designed for complex topologies, or to implement reliable software ReDat VoIP Recorder, designed for monitoring and recording individual VoIP channels in non-critical applications.
