New features of ReDat VoiceProcessor were presented within ReDat Breakfast Time 2009

RETIA introduced new features of ReDat voice analysis and 2009-trends in the system of quality management and call recording. The second year of the ReDat Breakfast Time meeting was held on 18 June 2009 in the Conference Centre of Hotel Barceló, Prague.
The new function of ReDat VoiceProcessor - searching keywords - enjoyed a great success among the customers. In the vestibule, the guests could even work with ReDat VoiceProcessor on a life testing.
Very interesting were topics about ReDat hosted solution and the presentation about reliability and security of records. One of the presentations was devoted to the concept of a ReDat central management and supervision of all ReDat systems.
