New version of ReDat Application Server 3.14

Dear business partners and customers,
we would like to announce a new released version of ReDat Application Server 3.14.The latest version includes a number of new functions, especially new modules ReDat Coaching and ReDat Indicator.
ReDat Indicator indicates a real time active or passive status of recording channels by visual and acoustic signal.
Basic features of ReDat Indicator
- Indication of channel status
- Well-arranged graphics environment
- On-line monitoring of recording channels in the MS Windows toolbar
- Independent from a direct physical connection to ReDat3 Recording Units
- Optional redundancy - one telephone channel can be monitored with more than one ReDatIndicator
ReDat Coaching is another new ReDat Application Server module, which is available from version 3.14. This ReDat Coaching module simplifies and accelerates the communication of supervisors and agents within a day-to-day training.
The ReDat Coaching system is based on tagging the speech envelope. These tags can be further specified in the text field and the user can write his/her own notes. Moreover, the user can predefine a group of persons, where these notes are addressed to, according to user access rights.
