Innovative successor of ReDat Application Server

We would like to introduce a new product for recording, management and analysis of telephone records with a new design.

ReDat eXperience offers a clearer and more intuitive interface and control tools to manage contact centre quality and performance. We have kept all handy and useful features of a previous product ReDat Application Server, which were valued by our customers, and the rest of them we adapted to fulfil companies compliance.

ReDat eXperience features

The new ReDat eXperience will include a complete set of tools for telephone recording control and quality management of contact centres, including speech analysis and PC screens´ recording and many more. Next, it offers other new utilities for classification of users and recording sources. We have fixed the control tools more convenienlyt to simplify control of the basic system functions.
