ReDat ScreenMaster monitors events running on PC desktops and processes data jointly with ReDat recording system.

The product is applied in contact centres for analysis agents´ work with information systems. It also monitors quality of alternative communication channels such as e-mail and chat.

ReDat ScreenMaster synchronizes and manages voice and screen recordings and marks places in the records according to call centre applications. It generates statistical data and enables integration of CRM systems with ReDat recording system at the desktop.
