Our company is pretty experienced in implementation of ReDat recording system for dispatch centres (e.g. rescue services and energetics) which are our traditional customers. The complexity of ReDat implementation consists in the fact that dispatch centres/contact centres operate various telecommunication platforms and technologies by different producers; beyond classic (analogue and digital) and IP telephony are recorded digital or analogue radio stations. Customers often require integration of all dispatcher/contact centre technologies and system, which supplement dispatch/contact centre functionalities - e.g. information about caller's location, data information of other applications. The key feature is a total reliability of the system as a whole.

ReDat provides interaction recording solution for ATM/ATC with complex record management and administration. ReDat system supports short term and archive media management, CWP screens (Controller Working Positions) recording, synchronous simultaneous playback up to four channels, transcription and live listening and monitoring. We also offer Added value services, like Automatic speech analysis (word spotting, speaker verification) and Tools for operator quality management.
