Analogue and supply noise hide answer
We need to archive telephone calls, but we are using analogue telephones with old cabling stationed in a large store. We have tried call recording system from a local company, but audio records were mixed with power-line hum and noise. After listening in the telephone calls were not clear. Is it possible to record calls without other investment in new telephones and telephone exchange and settle this matter?
There are probably two tasks. It is surely possible to implement analogue recording. If the telephone call is without any problems, the speech is interrupted at the time, when you connect it with a recording device. Our techniques can solve this problem by using RETIA add-on device, which can eliminate noise during telephone call. Analogue telephones will be connected to ReDat3 Recording Unit with using a galvanic separator to clear off supply noise on the line.

Sure, we have a solution for you. This function is called PC Screen Recording and is offered as a possible feature of ReDat Application Server. Agents´ PC screens are monitored together with telephone calls at the same time. Screen data are recorded and processed via driver installed at each workplace. This driver is controlled by recording device, which sends appropriate data via LAN using TCP/IP protocols. Synchronized reproduction of the call record with the agent’s work on the PC reveals the agent’s knowledge of the information system and his crucial weaknesses. Thus, it helps to make his work more effective and reduces the company expenses. By synchronizing agents´ PC screens with telephone interaction, you can monitor their work and process the data for future agents' training or evaluation.
