RETIA, a.s. in cooperation with Siemens Enterprise Communications, s.r.o. has implemented a recording solution for a Prague bank institution Komerční banka, a.s. The implemented recording system provides recording solution for a trading room as well as recording for some of office management Siemens VoIP extensions.
Recording solution for Siemens HiPath Trading
RETIA, a.s. with more than fifteen years tradition supplied an advanced and sophisticated solution for recording Siemens HiPath Trading System and Siemens HiPath 4000. ReDatsystem has completely replaced the current, unsatisfactory and non-flexible recording equipment.
A hybrid recording solution is secured by means of ReDat3 Recording Unit, which provides recording interfaces for all above-mentioned types of communication. Additionally, we implemented ReDat Application Server, which plays the role of the database and a functional shell with central access to all records through a unified web user interface. ReDat system installation has satisfied all customer requirements for a sophisticated and reliable recording solution. Due to a high reliability of the complex system, we recommended a solution with redundant connection of ReDat3 Recording Unit and ReDat Application Server.
More over, the implementation required a transfer of 800 thousands records from the current system via ReDat SmartConnector application. ReDat solution allows cooperation with advanced functions of Siemens technology. Therefore ReDatsystem is able to save information about transactions, customer and business relationship history together with telephone call recording. RETIA, a.s. showed that while in the field of ´simply solutions´ there may be some competitor suppliers, which are technically comparable, within the adjustment of the recording system to the customer requirements is ReDat Recording System has no competitors.
