RETIA, a.s., a Genesys application partner, participated at Genesys G-Force 2010 Amsterdam on 27-29 April 2010.
Within the conference we presented ReDat trends for the contact centres, word spotting and speech analysis and a new ReDat method for active call recording of Genesys SIP Server.
